What are the BfR Pro ARMS

BfR Pro ARMS are your new premium straps customised for blood flow restriction (BFR) training on your upper extremities. These elastic anti-slip bands are made from 50% polyester and 50% latex in combination with genuine black leather.

What can the BfR Pro ARMS straps do for you

By strapping this pair of straps on to your upper arms, you gain three advantages compared to traditional training: You will boost the natural muscle growth of your body; you will be able to complete your workout in just 10-15 minutes; and you will not have to do heavy lifting. All of this means that you will not strain your joints, tendons and ligaments – without having to compromise when it comes to output.

Our straps are 3 cm wide and specially designed to avoid annoying the skin or pressing into the working muscles. The reason is that such problems often occur with other products in the market with a size of 5+ cm in width.

Size guide

The BfR Pro ARMS straps come in three sizes based on your arm circumference before workout. In order to see where on your arm to measure, please check out our instruction video here.

Medium:          26-32 cm

Large:              32-40 cm

X-Large:          40-50 cm

Choose the right size by watching the instruction video below and using the size guide above. BfR Pro LEGS are your new premium straps customised for blood flow restriction (BFR) training on your lower extremities, so you can get your thighs and calves up to speed. The product is made from 70% polyester cotton and 30% latex.

What can the BfR Pro LEGS straps do for you

By strapping this pair of straps on to your thighs, you gain three advantages compared to traditional training: You will boost the natural muscle growth of your body; you will be able to complete your workout in just 10-15 minutes; and you can do so with much lighter weight. All of this means that you will not strain your joints, tendons and ligaments – without having to compromise when it comes to output.

We decided to design this product using no form of plastic or metal buckle in order to avoid any discomfort during your workout, which you will often experience with other available products in the market.
